On October 27, 2008, Dominic Perruccio, owner of the company was charged with a felony and faces four years in prison if he is convicted of fraud charges stemming from the operating without a license. He defrauded homeowners, building owners and commercial workplaces. Perruccio will be back in court on November 3, 2008.
