Exxon Ignored Asbestos Warning
Exxon was found guilty of ignoring asbestos warnings and continuing to place workers at risk said a Louisiana jury. The verdict was upheld by the Louisiana First Court of Appeals. Exxon did not employ any safety measures for it workers after discovering the risks of asbestos exposure.
